REHAU design and manufacture one of the most advanced profiles on the market today. They were one of the first companies to produce and sell upvc windows and door systems in the UK and Ireland. Today all windows and door systems are produced in REHAU's state of art manufacturing plant in North Wales- bringing together the best in German design with UK manufacture. Quality continues to be the cornerstone of REHAU's success, setting high standards for the industry and producing only the most efficient upvc frames for house owners. The range of upvc products we offer are supplied by Belfast based company Dessian Products Ltd. Dessian has been fabricating REHAU profile since 1985 and are amongst REHAU's largest and longest standing customers.
REHAU upvc products are recognised and acknowledged to be of superior quality of stability and energy efficiency. REHAU window systems have been tested in accordance with and meet the highest requirements of BS7412 for the standard of a manufactured window, including BS675 for weather performance. REHAU upvc is put through vigorous testing. In fact, REHAU are one of the only manufacturers of upvc window systems to test for severe weather conditions. Testing is carried out in the hottest place on planet earth, the Arizona dessert. REHAU have built a state of the art test centre and test all their products for a 5 year period. If it passes the Arizona test, well it's certainly more than adequate for the much milder climate.
REHAU are continuously improving their products and the new triple glazed window is up to 16% more efficient, whilst the 0.8 Passivhaus standard window also exceeds current legislative requirements by 50%. REHAU window profiles have built a formidable reputation over the last 50 years and now with the introduction of a multi chambered option, the enhanced thermal performance allows you to select from a wider range of glass and still achieve excellent levels of energy efficiency. When coupled with the high efficient triple glazed sealed unit from Pilkington, this gives our customers the ultimate in window and glazing technology. Pilkington has over 50 years' experience manufacturing insulated sealed units. The A RATED Soft Coat unit is the most efficient glass unit available. Independently tested, the A RATED Soft Coat unit reaches u values as low as 0.57 and there are ongoing developments to improve the efficiency and quality of all their products.
